Our construction process allows us to build a quality product at an affordable price per square foot. As a developer, builder, managing partner we are able to save thousands of dollars through out the construction process and this savings is passed on to the end user.

Our preset floor plans which consist of four offices, reception area, kitchen and bathroom allow flexibility of space. Our smallest office is still large enough to accommodate a conference table and six chairs. Our largest office can accommodate very large office furniture. Our units are completely finished and ready to occupy. They include network wiring, phone, data and cable to each office and terminate in the hall closet, providing a convenient location to hookup modems, servers and routers. The units come with a full security system, tile entry, tile kitchen, tile bath and mini blinds. Many of the walls are non load bearing and we can price structural changes to suit your needs.
